We entered a race called the neon run and I learned a valuable lesson.  Don't run in the dark and try and pass people.  I fell off the track and rolled my ankle and scraped up my knee.  this looks a ton better than with all the blood from last night.  I got up after my ankle stopped throbbing though and finshed the race still jogging.  still it was a lot of fun and next year I will either walk or wear a head lamp.
